License

By purchasing a product from unstablenet.com:

Customer will obtain a License which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until unstablenet terminates this License because of Customer’s failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions.

You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.

Product Update

In order to meet new requests from customers or updates from Magento platform, unstablenet revises and upgrades its products regularly. Follow our newsletter for the updated information.

Support

unstablenet offers one year free support for all of our paid products and services. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well in your site exactly like our demo. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our extensions. unstablenet will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. To report bugs or request support please contact us at info [@] unstablenet [dot] com.

We consider a bug any error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault in the live system that produces an incorrect or unexpected result, or causes it to behave in unintended ways, due to the exclusive fault of unstablenet. If the bug it’s not the exclusive fault of unstablenet, for example it’s a platform or a Magento bug, the error, flaw, mistake or failure will be considered a change request that will be charged accordingly.

Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs; customization requests will require some fee (30 USD/hour). To ask for support or to report bugs, please submit an e-mail to support [@] unstablenet [dot] com. Tickets that arrive during weekend will be processed when we’re back to office on next Monday.

Refund

We offer 30-day money back guarantee for all of our products. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our product during 30 days after your purchase. Please submit an e-mail with your order information to our info [@] unstablenet [dot] com to request refund. You will receive refund within 10 days since your request is confirmed.

The 30-day refund applies under the following refund policy:

Refund is not applicable after 30 days since the date of your purchase.
Refund amount is equal to the purchase fee minus the discount (if any).
Refund is not applicable on add-on services (such as theme installation, custom development works, consulting works and any order services we provide).
Refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 30 days.

unstablenet reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.

Your act of subscribing to our site confirms your request to receive Newsletters from unstablenet to the mail address you have given. The newsletter we send would be related to developments, updates, releases from unstablenet.com. You can instantly unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time you like by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter email messages.
